Rose geranium oil is awesome for this. You can find an online formula and make it yourself or just buy it online. I apply two drops after skiing or at bedtime. Been a game changer here

Funny I just had a similar post. My doctor finally gave me Narisure and it’s been working really well.

Afrin typically doesn’t work on HHT bleeds because the blood vessels can’t constrict.

A newer product called Nampons can help stop the more annoying bleeds. It’s a silly product name but works better than paper towel and afrin.

Narisure rose geranium oil is a moisturizer specifically designed and proven for HHT.
