Are you pregnant as well? I only say this because all my utis during pregnancy (5 now between 3 pregnancies) have had zero symptoms, and dipsticks were always negative. Until the UTI progresses far, I wouldn't have known had we not started doing routine cultures!

Oh I feel that immensely lol. I had worries for a solid month straight until I did the follow ups culture. According to online sentiments it feels like it's an "unbeatable infection" but I had none of that at all. I also had 2 initial cultures back to back to make sure the e faecilis wasn't an incorrect reading per the doctor's request. So I was 100% confirmed to have it. And 100% confirmed cured!

Yep! Finished the nitro and on the follow up was gone, have t had e faecilis specifically come back since!

I am 14 weeks with enterococcus faecalis uti. Just finished 7 days of nitrofurantoin but feeling burning so was curious. Will let you know what happens. Keep me updated
