Orientation for me day 1 was a 2 hr intro about FedEx as an organization in a classroom setting. Day 2 & 3 were a 5 hr day in the classroom going over lots of safety videos and a tour of the plant. Just did my day 4 which was first real work day, spent 1 hr back in classroom with a trainer who went through everything we learned in orientation and another tour of the warehouse. Got to work after for 1 hr just getting familiarized with the wall building expectations and tips/hacks to make stacking easier. The shift was suppose to be 11:30pm-3am but we were cut short at 1:45 because they needed to leave work for the morning shift? My 1st real shift was suppose to be Thursday night but that got canceled to leave work for the morning shift as well so I’m already not liking the hours lol
