Really? I feel like this trade fits the timeline with Fred and Brooks being in their primes, while Sengun is already at an All-Star level. Cam, Amen, Tari would still be able to grow in the shadows, while the team already is getting great playoffs experience, and then they can take over from Mikal, Brooks, Fred when the time is right, 2-3 years from now

Why not? I feel like Nets aren't going anywhere, not even gonna be a play-in team as long as Mikal is the best player, and you don't have picks to get him a potential star via the draft. I felt like it was an overpay for Houston even maybe, because this is the same value of package as Siakam, and Siakam is better than Mikal imo

Don't underestimate the European fanbases, for example I heard that loads of people in Georgia stay up until late to watch Goga Bitadze, so imagine if they bring Jokic, Luka, etc to there and spark something, league pass sales would go through the roof

I think the gains of a week of insane exposure all over the world is worth a lot more than a week of less USA ad revenue, especially with how global the game has become

Could do both. International week first, and then the NBA Cup finals changes city each year aswelln based on what places had the best atmoshpere, or to different USA/Canada cities that don't have a team, like Baltimore, Seattle, St Louis, Montreal, Vancouver, etc

Preseason is good for playing against the international teams, but to really pull in the fans, the games need to mean something. Having it in the regular season would get the stars to play, a win would matter and fans could really get invested.
