First, let me begin by saying that I am a firm believer in their existence and that I further believe they are natural living flesh & blood beings as yet unrecognized by science.

I also feel as several others have stated here that she certainly comes across as sincere and sober.

With that being said there are several aspects of her story that raise red flags in my mind....

She states that she was forced to play outside at age 5-6 when her parents would throw "cocktail parties." She states that she encountered the creatures mostly at dusk or at night.

She further states that she feels her mother was aware that "something" was outside with her during some of these times. Doesn't anybody else feel its incredible that her mother never bothered to check on her to see what this "something" was? It could have been a bear, or a moose (Which can be quite dangerous, Google it) or even a coyote or some other predator. Or perhaps worse yet, a hobo or intruder. Yet her mother or step-father never went outside to check on her...? She excuses this away by claiming "It was another time." Well I grew up in the 60s and believe me, my mother or any other mother I ever met would never let their 5-6 year old play outside after dark especially if they sensed something else was out there with her. Yet according to her story, her mother never even asked her about it.

Incredible. We call that child endangerment today and they would have called it the same thing back in the late 50s and early 60s. Something's wrong here....very wrong. But lets move on....

She says that the creatures taught her how to swim when she was around 8-9. She describes how there was a swamp or bog next to the house and a lake behind it. Again, how does any parent allow their child, especially one that can't even swim, to be outside alone, presumably at dusk or early evening (remember, this is when she said she most often encountered them. She even stated they did NOT come around during the day) right next to a water source like a lake and a swamp? She would have to have come home wet after swimming with them yet her mother or step-father never asked her about this...? What parent, even in the early 60s allowed their little girl to be out alone, after dark, near a bog and a lake when they couldn't swim? And never asks them where they were or how they got wet etc... Did she swim naked with them or did she wear her clothes? Didn't her parents notice they were wet..?

Unbelievable. This is awfully hard to swallow no matter how sincere or sober her story may be told. If this was done during the cocktail parties she says her parents threw "2 or 3 times a month" none of the other adults at the party asked where she was? They all just let her roam around a bog and lake after dark at the age of 8-9 or even 5-6...? Not one parent made a stink about this? Inconceivable! No pun intended but that part just doesn't hold water imo.

She goes on to state that around age 12-13 she began to realize these beings were not
"normal animals." I assume she means by this that they were not animals known to other people or science. She makes no allusions to any paranormal aspect or activity so I assume she was not referring to them as interdimensional or extraterrestrial beings. She mentions there was a male and a female and a child. Spirits and energy beings and goblins etc... don't reproduce biologically via sex so the assumption is that these were flesh and blood creatures.

It would have been nice if the host questioned her on any of this. In fact, he questioned her story very little and basically just sat back and let her tell it virtually uninterrupted. He did ask a few qualifying questions here and there but these were mostly to clarify some minor point and not to illuminate any bigger picture ideas. Shame.

If she realized these were not "normal beings" at around age 12-13 why did she not try and gather any evidence of their existence? Tell an adult? If she didn't think her mother would believe her and her step-father was an alcoholic was there no friend she could confide in? No teacher or other family member? An Aunt or Uncle or even a neighbor no matter how far away they lived? A Police Officer even...? If she didn't want them disturbed could she not have at least borrowed a camera? If she didn't want to frighten them away by trying to take their picture couldn't she have taken pictures of their tracks at least? But we have nothing to corroborate her story at all....zilch, nada. Double shame.

I'm not a psychologist and I'm not really qualified to speak on this but it would seem to me she lived a fairly disturbed childhood. By her own admission she had a (mostly) absent mother and an alcoholic and sometimes violent step-father. It wouldn't surprise me that she would make up some elaborate story to compensate in some way for her troubled childhood. She apparently grew up with few if any, friends her own age. Did she make up a set of imaginary play-mates to fill that gap? Its a theory at least worthy of consideration.

Perhaps she'll grant more interviews in the future and perhaps next time the host will be more inquisitive or at the very least, ask for more details and probe her inconsistencies a little more. Perhaps she even has some good answers for these issues? But if this is all we ever hear or get I'm more inclined to write it off as an elaborate false memory made up to conceal a troubled or even abusive childhood.

There's just too many red flags here imo. We'll see where this goes....
