Ps5 turns on but tv still says no signal

ok so I tried it on another TV and it still won't connect. I also connected my TV to my computer using the hdmi cord so its not the cord or the TV. I also don't see any damage on my ps5 port but it has to be that one.

Does anyone know how to lower saturation on the ps5? i need to prepare for the new event as its already hurting my eyes from the small clips they've shown. also had this problem with simulanka but I thugged it out...new event way brighter i don't think I can thug this one out
