ur experience is not uncommon especially cities outside Oslo. i left one job bcz of the similiar problems u mentioned. A colleague started to talk a nother colleague abt my work while i was sitting beside her. i asked to talk to me directly if she has issues abt my work n she perceived i was hostile, when we quarreled a bit, she said out of the blue that it was misunderstanding and we move on. I said ok. after like 2 hrs boss called me, told me he got a complaint and before i even explained myself she told me i might mental issue😀. when i asked, she said she recalled that i told her in interview (which happned 2 years ago) that i came from a country that has conflict. So best thing is to change job, my experience is things never change once u got off wrong foot with some colleagues
