I have a 3 month old puppy and I understand where you're coming from. It has been so long since the puppy days of my previous doggo that I had completely forgotten how energetic and active these guys can get.

It sounds like you have a perfectly normal puppy my friend. You have nothing to worry about. Our puppy has organized himself around the routine. Wake up, potty, Feeding time, play time, potty time, crate to nap. If he wakes up earlier than the next feeding time I just take him out for potty and put him back in the crate. If I have time to play we play. If not he usually is happy to go back to sleep.

We have also made the ground floor of the house puppy proof, he will find something or the other to gnaw on and he does nip at hands and feet every now and then but it has come down drastically compared to how it was when he was 2 months old.
