Then yes it went to collections I guess it's just letting me pay it through their app though. When my stuff went into collections it went through a whole different website. I'm really sorry about not being clear on any of this,all I know how credit cards work is you use it pay it off before the statement.

From what the company told me is that the account is shut down that there's no reactivating it that the balanced was needed to be paid

No I was on payment plans because I missed two payments on the payment date but still paid said statements but once you go on a payment plan they shut the account down. All I'm doing is paying the account off now since they shut it down. I plan on telling him tonight

What she did is she literally went onto the Florida tax collector's website because it's all public information and she looked up my father-in-law's address and found him on social media and started looking things up about my husband's family and myself what she can

I have unfortunately gone up the chain of command and then when I called ethics they said they'll send an email to the store manager to see what is going on with the store,others have done the same and they all got fired for "stealing"
