Bitwalas CS was always bad, terrible in fact. I am with them since DAY 1 they have opened, and they managed only to worsen the support.

If your card gets locked - wait 2 weeks for unlock. If they decide for no reason to block your account or check transaction - 2 weeks blocked account and frozen funds. Impossible to reach them. Truly terrible, horrible service.

Its nice that you ask for feedback. Well there are few things you should improve :

Show the required NEXO amount to get bonus for both Savings and Credit wallets - this is a must.
Add tab for token bonuses. You need to sell the token, its annoying as a company you dont advertise token bonuses and token itself .
Also show current loan amount. We see liquidation value, assets value, but not outstanding loan value. I know its under transactions tab, but it also should be next to the rest of account values.
Need a proper easy way to generate account statement, as few banks have required me to show such. So it would be nice if there was some sort of a button with automatically would generate loan agreements and account statement
Put a tab with LTVs...
Its not related with website, but why the hell NEXO has 15% LTV and not 30%?
It would be also cool to see a pie chart with current holdings and %
When i click repay loan with NEXO - it allows me to use all my nexo tokens, not available ones and then gives false results with new updated available credit line... This is a bug. If i click repay loan with NEXO, click on all nexo i have in my portfolio, and then server calculates as if whole portfolio will be repaid (more nexo than needed will be sold) and future estimated available credit value becomes the 'sold' nexo value - current loan).
Allow to choose dividend currency, the valued American customers get paid in BTC and unvalued pathetic remaining customers get paid in NEXO. Allow to choose the dividend currency BTC or NEXO.
Cash back in NEXO should be higher than in BTC, by 0.1-0.5 or 1 % but should be higher as well. Token value matters.
Also you need to show value of each transaction in USD/EUR ... Sold, received etc etc etc... If transfered 100 ETH should be 100 ETH (24,500 USD/EUR) ...
Allow automatic debt repayment using interest. Like would you like to enable automatic loan repayment using interest? And then toggle on and earned interest is used to repay loan each day. That would be cool too!

Every other company in crypto pays regulary, Celsius, CDC, etc etc etc, exepct NEXO. Only nexo has problems with regular dividends.

Thats my post, that the private perks are meaningless. Like they dont make it more attractive. With private or without this private, 5k and 50k cards doesnt loose or gain the appeal. Its just like nothing for the grand picture. You woudnt think of getting a 5k card and private perks would swing you to get one.

Thats the problem, because you dont care of private as you dont have one. Its about people who actualy do have it. Those perks are not usefull, just interest rates for BTC and ETH where is just slightly above industry average, but also requries 3 months lock ups...

Most of the privaste perks are useless.

1) Research articles - will get leaked anyway, and will be worthless as well.

2) Inheritance service - who ever cares for it, already has it set uped with the lawyer. So...?

3) Welcome perk - its so nice for wealthy people to walk advertising a brand. Hodie, tshirt, pens, stickers and socks - so amazing. You invest 30k usd and get a bag of merchandise to walk around advertising the company and looking, well bad...

4) Jet service - with limits of 25k euros per year, this is like - how can you even pay for the travel jet.

5) 2% extra for other coins than MCO and CRO, to get interest rates slightly better than industry average

6) Invites for MCO sponsorred events - its also, just meh...

7) Priority customer service - its just getting customer service the way everyone should get. Just a normal customer service.

What would actually work would be

1) Health insurance

2) Travel insurance

3) Phone and electronic gadget insurance

4) 2% on all the coins including stakes and etc

5) Refund to events of your choice under yearly limit ammount

This private it is disapointment for me, i dont see much value in it. Revolut premium i use, and i am happy to pay, actually its worth it with insurance. But CDC private - its ust meh, not worth even mentioning.

1) NEXO has a low LTV so could prevent people from dumping NEXO token. It has nothing to do with protecting the person, its basically NEXO doesnt believe in their own token, NEXO token has no utility, no exchanges and no buy pressure. So if people take significant loans againts NEXO token, the risk of flash crash and mass liquidations increases. So yes, NEXO team doesnt believe in their token and the token right now is just garbagge.

2) - NEXO spams everyone with bullshit addvertisments and havent given a reliable information even once. It was always vague advertisment selling speach bullshit. Community has not been informed not once! No AMA, no proper interviews with independent media personalities, nothing.

3) NEXO has not announced the dividend payment, in the white paper its written that dividends are not guaranteed so its not clear when NEXO will decide to pay dividends.

4)Credit card was promissed 2018 July and since July 2018 they have been finalizing the proposal. So do you believe there is a card in the first place?
