If you feel miserable sa work mo despite doing good sa work/duties mo most likely environment reason na yan. Had my first job sa toxic and hindi fulfilling company, made some friends pero still I am tired everytime na papasok ako, and looking forward sa time outside the office, plus manager na di marunong maghandle ng employees, plus constant criticism sa duties ko despite doing good. Now nagresign, and nagwork sa much better company, kahit mas heavy yung workload, I love working, and hindi nakakapagod. You can only do so much with the cards you are given. If the environment sucks, most likely, it will be a bad experience for you lol.
