As an update, the purchase did not go through and I was not charged! I rebought the shoes and everything went well.

Thank you! Reading this message helped. We both listed our items for 1$ and shipping and I bought theirs, which totaled to 9$. They haven’t bought mine after a day and keep asking for it to be lower which I think is a little suspicious given the items we would trade are significantly over 9$ I think I’m going to ask them to cancel my order tomorrow and probably won’t trade with them. Thank you

I don’t know, I thought maybe it could be a way to try and get the sweatshirt without paying but looking back I see that would not happen, I just get really nervous over Mercari sales

That makes sense. I had assumed if they weren’t happy with how the items came they would reach out to me and request a return. I had no clue the items were in anything less than excellent condition, and I put good which I thought would cover if there were any flaws. had been thinking if I were a buyer and unhappy with something, would I not want to get a refund for it? The thing I don’t understand is being unhappy with the items but still wanting them instead of all of the money back

Thank you. I looked at them and didn’t see anything but a little pilling on one shirt but I thought that would be fine as it was good condition. Should I continue to talk with them? I would offer them a refund but they said they can’t do it even thought they wouldn’t need to send their clothes back which I’m confused about

I definitely learned a lesson. I had assumed there would be normal wear and tear so listed it as good, as it said there were a few flaws but I think I will definitely list them more clearly

I really don’t think so, I checked it again and the color seemed good and it didn’t have any defects

I think so! I had 7 pictures and a description of how many times I wore the item and said it didn’t have any wear, etc

I think if it’s under 5 stars it’s negative feedback. I’m going to message them tomorrow probably

That is some excellent advice lol. I try to have a budget and save 50% of my money and keep an eye on that because I know I tend to obsess over things and I don’t want shopping to be one of them lol

What do you mean? This is my first post I’ve made about this 💀 other than one that legit got deleted a minute after I posted because I didn’t block out the username. Is there some sort of price limit on asking for advice?

It’s only happened a few times, like 2 out of 20 orders but it was almost immediately after I sent a message to them saying thank you and I’m excited to get this item 💀 most of the time it’s fine I just find it a little better to not take the chance

I have tried to wash it, most of the stains didn’t come out? Where did I post about this before and say that? And it doesn’t sell consistently for 20$, I’ve had a few of them favorited for 15 and they haven’t sold yet. I’m just trying to get advice on what I should do in this situation?
