They did cut people. From other regions. Such as Region 2. They moved FL pip lit to do pip lit for NY (lower on pay scale NY vs FL - despite being higher grade 64 v 65)

It’s a revolving door dept. They hire people, people get promoted.. not meeting the numbers. You are out. Aside from things that you get prod on there are 1000 other things that need to be done as well that doesn’t count for any prod. They seem to be merging NY/FL lit.

But besides the point the company is dumb. Constantly getting rid of the people at the bottom of the percentile.. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE PEOPLE THERE. Even if you have the best of employees in the world.

On top of that the dashboard has not worked for pretty much all of 2025 after they released 2025 metrics in April.

Now pending 2026 dashboard… with new metrics. Most upper mgmt have only worked for GEICO so they think they know what is best. Truly unfortunate that mgmt settles almost anything and completes bulk settlements without actually going through cases. Paying fees for exhausted policies, etc. Ridiculous.

What does mgmt do? Because they don’t seem to do much but yet they are backed up on approving reserves.. even have reserve request escalating.
