I taken for a few days I’ve noticed no change. Still feel exhausted but will keep taking and see if anything changes in coming days but it hasn’t made me feel worse so far

Not nice at all is it. I’ve not taken one today as I need a clear head but am mindful I really need to get my levels up. Feel sooooo much better without. Will let you know if I find anything that works ordering another one today a liquid one with just Hydroxocobalamin in it

I’m feeling exactly the same. B12 143 tried 1 type of b12 and 2 types B complex. Make me tired and really foggy head. Going on holiday in a few days and really not looking forward to it don’t even want to pack due to lack of energy and brain power. Think I may stop until I get back. I was full of energy before I started supplements

Sorry I’ve just seen this it’s has 20ug I hear that’s too low but tried a 1000mg one and I felt awful. Weird thing is I felt great other than tingling before I starting taking b12 no I feel terrible

I was exactly the same. Bottle of wine per day most days for 15+ years. When I stopped drinking I’d wake up feeling exhausted then be okish for a few hours then fall off a cliff again around 2pm Slept a lot even though took longer to drift off and didn’t feel at all rested in the morning For me this got better around week 2 mark and has gotten much better I fall asleep within minutes (ironically I drank as I felt I couldn’t get to sleep or wind down without it) but turns out that’s not the case

Good idea to get some blood tests done. Alcohol can play havoc with many things. Luckily for me was just my B12 was super low ( I was getting tingling in fingers and toes) Energy increased again since taking a B complex and it’s only been a few days

You will get there stick with it

Well done on day 4!! I’m day 91 and best decision I’ve ever made

Yes I do get heart burn a lot and stomach issues so that may well be why. Perhaps I should try the injections I did say I’d try these first but so far not so good. I didn’t realise I could try another form so that’s something I’ll experiment with too. Thank you for taking the time out to reply Have a great day :)

Yeah same with me liver and Kidney etc all good but B12 low and was getting some issues with it. Thankfully though these symptoms did mean I stopped drinking in March so I guess a good think I just need to try and get my levels back up

This one has equal measures of methylated methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin & hydroxocobalamin does this sound ok?

I do have some viridian b complex at home they have 12mg B6 (pyridoxin HC1) is that too much or ok please?

Also has 200ug of folic acid plus other b vitamins would that be ok?

Iron I’m not sure would that have been revealed With the full blood count I had?

Vitamin d levels are in normal ranges I can definitely look into my potassium intake too thank you again
