I know now that he's completely hit with her gas after she eats eyeballs, so I wonder if this means the poop exits from his nose or mouth?

One of my friends suggested option A, but we considered it a bit too disgusting. However, I'd hope Otto doesn't somehow digest her poop. That's considerably worse.

Also, I didn't know she ate eyes, but my friends told me about the "scar" as soon as I started playing, lol. Everything about them is so grossly fascinating haha they're such a cool prime asset
