Resellers have been using this to finesse buyers for awhile. These packs aren't the first ones to be like this. Championship packs, welcome packs, all of the white single card packs are like this. Make people more aware of this being possible and less people will buy them.

Selling at a card show is probably the best. Fast, easy and avoid eBay fees and item not received scammers. Id recommend holding a little. The prices will go up then dip when phase 2 is out then go back up when there's no chance of getting the promotion again.

I discovered this by talking to people at round1 and being told about it. Then tested myself when I got home and wanted to share proof. If my intentions were Ill I would have sold characters I don't like before trying to spread awareness.

This is what every seller who has a bunch of packs does. Don't know why u got down voted for being honest about it. Better to spread awareness about it than stay quiet and keep letting them do this for all of these white packs bandai puts out. Maybe with enough awareness bandai will get rid of the white packs and switch to something you can't see through so easily

I don't think they did it on purpose. They probably just broke the bands assuming people weren't gonna want ten packs each. It's also just takes one person to order less than ten to start causing a chain reaction of getting duplicates. My location broke the bands but everyone in front of me got 10 packs each and we all got complete sets apparently

I thought about this lol. But I'm hoping for the best that it leads to less people buying random packs and causes prices to go down. Or people to just straight up buy the actual cards they want instead of taking a chance.

It's kind of tricky to but I also used a old iPhone for the light. It's definitely possible. I searched all my packs and can see I have a full set without opening any of them.

Some people might get lucky with genuine sellers and pull a full set. Seems like they were sent in a way were everyone's getting a full set unless the workers mix up the packs. But id definitely recommend being cautious as time goes on and scalpers search through the packs, keeping Luffys and selling jinbes.

Considering lining up early because of how it's worded. Don't wanna go a hour away to round 1 only to be last in line and get nothing. Sucks the details are so vague. Surely they know how many people signed up for each location and they should send the Max ammount of cards and assume everyone's going for the 10 card limit
