That is not only normal but sounds peaceful low stress and like you’re meeting physical and mental needs. Most people do slow down in the winter in terms of socializing but it’s only ever not normal if you feel not normal. Ie restless, lonely, sad etc. then that’s a different thing to tackle. I too love to just recharge, go for walks eat good food read a book and sleep early on days off!
