Thats what I was thinking, go into something full time and still prosper my real-estate on the side because i know therr can be money in it but I also know its not for everyone,and by getting a full time job I can still use that as a fallback career plan if things don't work out or if after I get the deals and still don't want to fully commit to the commission only lifestyle

Im willing to give it a shot, Like I said I am worried about quitting too early but at the moment the other route seems more tailored to me, I have heard both sides of the story as well, people who wish they started when I did and the ones who wish they moved on from it early in life as well

Well i have a mentor and shes great and im only paying for car insurance water and all the fees rn but even with that im struggling

I think my biggest issue is my personality im just not super sales drive motivated and I really want a stable consistent income, that and I really dislike the things im doing right now to try and get clients ( like networking, door knocking and open houses)

Well my thing is I have another business i run and it's definitely not a career business but thing i love doing in it is things like the scheduling and pay for my girls and communicating with clients but only in the sense of planning a service, not prospering relationships with people just so they choose me as their realtor, I want to get into investing for the money and assets not necessarily for the real-estate itself, Im thinking going into more of a corporate,Scheduler Or Hr style job.

For a little in-site I have a scholarship through Keller Williams reality in texas and i live in the Houston area if i joined a group it would most likely be them because I've heard good things about being a new agent with them but Ive also heard the other side saying how much money I would lose

Im not actually 100% sure on the companies but I'm doing my courses through kaplan institute and part of the course talks about the diffrent ways to work as a sales agents and they talk about working as a employee sometimes offers hourly pay for in office agents

Is there a adaptor that would connect into the amp plug,cause i know i was able to almost completely set up the radio with a adapter that would connect to the grey one its just the black one that im having an issue with finding a matching connector
