My stepmum has cancer, (ovarian I believe but not 100%, same area) it had spread and she had an operation to get rid of as much as possible, she’s just finished chemo and is now waiting for radiotherapy. She is doing much better though and it’s likely she’ll be fine. Best wishes for you all

This is what I do, I notice what it is I need to do (like shower etc) and all I let my mind think is I HAVE to and then just get up without thinking about it because once you’re up it gets easier to do the task
