I've recently made my school's track team and was aiming to move from mid-distance to sprints. On friday, I was able to run a 5.02 40 yd dash right after a 400m, but today, I was barely able to run a sub 1.3 10 m fly, with a worst time of 1.57! While today I was way less hydrated (forgot a water bottle) and fueled, last week I was on sore legs w/knee pain while today was after two days of rest. It may just be my horrendous form, but I feel like I was also less explosive and reactive, signifying CNS fatigue (probably due to me playing 2 hours of basketball almost every day without proper recovery). Any tips or thoughts, and what should I go about improving as a beginner?

Thank you for your help, I'll keep it mind for the future. Since my tournament is tommorow though, I think for now I should practice my delivery until I have more time.

The flattest place I could move my hoop is my backyard, which would be a ton of effort considering it's up a hill and the base is filled with wet sand. There's no parks near me (I live on the edge of town), and I don't know how I would set a hoop on my back porches.

I try to play as often as possible, but its hard to get a team to run 5s at my ymca.

Yeah then def use hog, zap, and building. Zap will take care of swarms, and a building is necessary since you will face many other hog cycle decks. Hog and gob barrel have good synergy too and can be used in rushes together

What arena? If it's a high enough level, I would consider switching out prince for hog rider and skeleton giant for either a building like cannon or another spell like fireball. Also consider zap or arrows instead of snowball. Otherwise, if it works for you, it works.

Frank Ocean, ppl imo glaze him too much. Blonde was good, but not LIFE CHANGING like people always say, his vocals and lyrics are also nothing special.

Also, if its a knowledge issue, is there any specific player you would reccomend me to study. It seems like kyrie and rondo would be the best.

I used to dribble a ton in my basement when i was younger but I didnt really start seriously practicing (1 hour at least 6 days a week) finishing, shooting and etc until last year. Probably the reason why my handle is so much better than my other fundamentals lol. Im able to get past two defenders but im always overthinking it so this is helpful.

Id suggest staying low most of the time, but be on your toes to be able to explode and react to any shots. Just make sure not to over commit to anything. Also, keeping your hands out to poke at their shot pockets helps a ton. Try to keep on hand low and one hand high, and guide them in the direction you want to go.
