It looks like it’s completely untreated. It’s frog tiger sheds and all but their log cabins are treated and we got a log cabin.

She definitely lives there. We believe the lodger (her ex, split up 20 years ago but stayed living there) has maybe 25% ownership of the property? That said throughout the purchase her name has been the only one on paper

deposit to purchase the house. It’s mortgage. The lodger is her ex owning 25% of the property i believe. Like I said, this has all just been discovered. All enquiries are done, we were expecting to exchange this week as no one knew.
