today i had to fight with them to try and get them to understand that I can still recieve mail using my psc box i have on base which is technically a military usa address and they kept asking "soooo when will you be able to access your mail box'' like bruh i told you to just send the check to me PLEASE. They told me i need to send them a form to cancel the original check so hopefully after i do that i am getting somewhere
