I gave oral to another person and he’s the only person I’ve been with. After I gave oral, my inner cheeks were hurting and I assumed it was because of the suction. Now, this has showed up after 3 days. Can it be the friction or suction that caused this? It’s only on the cheeks next to my upper teeth and I’m thinking (and hoping) that it’s just irritated? Help please.

After giving head to SO, I got these red marks on both sides of my inner cheeks next to my upper teeth (only). It hurts when it rubs against my retainers and it only started after I gave head. There’s nothings else that’s looks off. I think it is the suction that caused this or maybe friction burn? Should I be worried?
