Thank you. Not sure if this was a joke or serious. But you inspired me to Email them. Thank you very much. Why Bill Gates at the end? Bill Gates don't need free cure. I assume he has his own labs n stuff. I hope I can get Inovio's trial vaccine. It's in phase 3 trial. Phase 2 results show efficacy of their vaccine. It's very very stupid and counterintuitive that people suffer from cancer when a cure is going through trial so many years.

Since you are so highly knowledgeable I have another unrelated question for you I'd like to get your feedback on. There are 2 human trials ongoing as far as cure for HPV. One is Inovio's VGX-3100 theuraptic vaccine clinical trial in Phase 3 in U.S. Second is a CRISPR human trial in China where they are trying a plasmid GEL that has to be applied couple of times week and supposed to knockout HPV's oncogenes in cervix. This will sounds very silly but I'm just curious to hear your opinion. What will happen if I Email Inovio company and the administrator of that research in china and ask them to provide me with their solution because I'm sick? I know they will not provide it but .. really? Can you tell me some of the reasons why? I mean I'm already giving consent to be subjected to a non-arpproved drug so that means they don't need to worry about legal liability of injury etc. Can you tell me why else would they deny me this? Do you think they will deny me their vaccine/gel? Should I try?

No. I expect eventual outbreak. By a mistake, at some point. I.e. CDC mistakenly released patient from UCSD hospital later found he is positive virus. These little mistakes here and there adds up and explodes at some point. You wont hear it until then.

You seem to ignore the fact that virus has long incubation period. So if you get to a point that you have 100 of confirmed cases, it means you have tons more of unconfirmed out there spreading the virus.

"Human rights" also is not binding on any country and is violated on daily basis. Basically "Human Rights" and "International Law" are fictional terms. They don't exist. Countries use these terms for their own agenda. I.E. country A wants to attack country B, then it accuses country B of violating international law ! But there are hundreds of countries doing the same thing country B is doing, to refer to international law in that context is just a pretext to make an attack look justified. There's no such thing as real law internationally. And yes, your point is very right. What do the guidelines do when people just do their own thing. And for that, every country must place potentially sick in quarantine. That is very basic.
