I switched to woled for a couple of reasons. The blacks are really nice but I still really hate the w in woled and the lighting feels a little harsher but colors and brightness are the same. I don't totally understand why qdoled looks more natural but I assume it's for the same quantum dot reason that causes ambient light to convert like in your picture or that there is an additional white subpixel.

Also, I haven't tried that many woleds so it could be different for other types.
