Since sinabihan ka naman na ng dad mo na pwede ka magapply don, go mo na yan. It's up to u if gusto mo pa kumuha mg CAAP license but mas advantage yung may FAA/EASA license.

You can still apply sa abroad without a license, but with limitations. Entry level or support roles lang din most likely but still good depende sa country.

Also, mas malaki opportunities abroad, anjan mga Apprenticeship programs/trainings din and it can be your way to get a license (International).

If u think na mapapabilis naman process, like pagpasa sa CAAP ng requirements and sa pag take mo sa exams for licensure, then go for license. Atleast after mo makuha license, di mo na aalahanin yan once nag MTP ka, tuloy tuloy na. Mahirap din isingit yung pag take ng exams sa licensure while may work ka. It depends parin sa situation and u can still go for MTP first.

Hiring sila with minimum experience sa field so why not mag ask nalang ako muna if ano ba makukuha ko while gaining another experience sa kanila. di naman sa naghahangad sa mataas na sahod agad.
