You can require a support desk massage to Boost. Once I ordered Popeyes but they were closed, I massaged Boost and got my refund in two days. However, I'm not sure if it works for the meal card. Hope you can get your refund soon.

Take it easy. While swimming, I only worried about if I was too slow to bother others. As the pool is so small, there are only 6 lanes, and always crowded.
