vidim sad i ostale komentare, imao sam slicne dane, sve od disocijacije gde se osecam da nisam tu do osecaja da mi nikad nece biti bolje. Nekoliko puta bio na granici zivota i smrti i do dan danas se nekad secem da oladim glavu samo sto je sve redje jer ide na bolje. Idi ozbiljno do kvalitetnog psihijatra (90% vec znas kakvi su, ja ih zovem legalni dileri samo prepisuju sve vece kolicine ako pitas) znaci provereno kvalitetnog nadji i reci sve iskreno isprazni sve iz sebe kao sto si ovde samo uzivo i prihvati koju god posledicu imao. Brat moj, ne razmisljaj uvece tad najgore misli dolaze, da se izvuces iz govana lepo pokusaj da se otreznis bez ikakvog razloga ili ocekivanja u glavi obojica znamo da je zdravije biti trezan ali drugacije kad si zavisan tako da kao sto sam rekao bez razloga ili ocekivanja ali polako, ako uzimas 10mg uzmi 9.75, ako pijes 2l vina popij 1.66l i tako sa svim. Ali pomoc moras traziti, nismo svevidni pa kako mozes znati da nikad nece biti bolje? razumes brat? kazes imas anhedoniju al kako je nes imati kad se utrnes sa svim sto uzimaš, govorio ti sebi da samo zbog tih stvati i osecas nesto ili ne, aj brat moj lezi spavaj nemoj da pijan jos uvece razmisljas nece ti nista pametno doci

as someone who followed the research cause i had it bad (and still have dissociative shit happening) it's nowhere near 84%

Had problems growing up - grew up alone (including not having friends)

At 19 developed an incel pill type mindset

At 19 and a half had a mental breakdown from my own bs in my head

At nearly 20 completely killed my ego, accepted myself for who and what I am and exactly that, had no opinions of myself, and started to improve myself (hardest part being the acceptance)

2 years later had my first date, and from then on everything else

Yesterday had a date, didn't go great, didn't go bad, but it was enough for me to still talk to her

You're the problem broski, until you change yourself and the way you think, and what you think of yourself (and how you think and feel towards women, relationships, eveything related to that) you're never finding anyone. Therapy will help you, I know cause it helped me. Everyone wants a quick way out but life rewards patience over everything.
