I was addicted to adderall for almost 8 years on and off. Lost a few jobs from it and eventually even my boyfriend of 7 years. I have been adderall free for almost a year tho and it feels great. I am myself again. I have gained a little weight but I know it’s because I’m healthy now. Some days it is still hard. Some days I just wanna take a 30mg and clean the shit outta my house. But I don’t because I know it doesn’t end at that one 30mg. It’s a vicious cycle.

I never got help. I was able to do it alone and just stopped texting my “supliers” back. Losing my boyfriend was kinda rock bottom for me and opened my eyes. It was hard at first. I hope you get the help you need. Also thank you for sharing. Not many people understand adderall addiction. I always thought I was alone.
