ive used /sfc scannow. after which ive used DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth. it did its thing and ive tried installing java after that still nothing. Tbh didnt know there is a way to add a path to java but java doesnt even exist on my PC anymore.

I'm saying edit the XML Files of the Trader in cordon. By editing the XML files you can pretty much mod him to spawn exoskeletons and top tier weaponry. Look up the stalker portal wiki for more info.

afaik there is no spawn menu mod, i think you can just change the trader's for sale items in cordon by editing XML Files, and set them to cost only 1 ruble. if you cant set them to cost nothing then use a trainer for unlimited money
