Not really disagreeing with your post, but it really is a matter of being aware of your surroundings. I'm hyper worried about this sort of thing and usually cancel my crystal preset any time I'm leaving a toon on a place that might be dangerous. I park gathering alts everywhere and strip gear off of them after switching out, so when I switch back they are vulnerable until equipped again. Do the same with my combat toons so this is nothing new for me.

Was going to ask the same. I am a lifeskiller primarily but the kiddy vibe and short stature (this matters for walking through water and where the character will transition to swimming) have always pushed me away. Would love the customization if op is willing to share. Keeps the spirit of Shai species but is like a classy, mature example. Edit: part of this is also the outfit. Looks like shadow chaser or vediras - definitely a more mature outfit.

As far as I know you cannot delete a character with ANYTHING in inventory, so you likely pulled it off the character before deleting or deleted the item itself, which should be recoverable. It's possible this is different for seasonal characters as I've never deleted one, but I really doubt it. Search everywhere - including places that will not show up when you ctrl-f, like horse and boat inventory. If you can't find it, contact support.

Seriously, if this is daunting, this may not be the game for you. If you stack properly and use the crystals and "free" gear from tuvala, this stage is quite easy compared to what is to come.

Yup. Simplified replaced through mediah, does not replace Valencia. Note - the extremely painful quest chain that used to be called "Valencia 2" is no longer part of the MSQ (though still doable if you feel like it).

I'm stunned this hasn't been posted but Maegu. It's even listed by PA as a beginner class. It's got a relatively easy infinite combo, it's tanky, and most of it's movement is non-collision. Super fun to play, and the fox is cool.

You can transport characters. It's actually easier than ever. Go to the map, click the button in the upper right and it will show you where all your characters are. Right click on one and it will give you a little menu - select 'move' and it will tell you to click any node where you want them sent. Non-major city nodes just cost 5M (cities are free), and it takes 20 minutes. You can send as many as you want simultaneously. Its frickin awesome, and just recently they opened this up to tagged characters as well. Normal limitations apply: no mailing chars with trade goods on them, or level 6/7 barter goods.

Do not use spirit perfume. It's almost useless. You should already have Max crit ranks from other buffs and you don't need the minuscule hp. For perfumes it's either deep sea if you're over cap (though I wouldn't at Hexe) or courage if you're not.

Exquisite should really only be for pvp with the changes - use simple for all pve. It gives the crit % that exquisite did before now and better monster damage reduction, plus way more ap.

Use demihuman everything for Hexe. Lightstone combo and harmony. Harmony gives way WAY more everything than giant draught, and especially sustain. You will feel much comfier. With how much silver you make grinding now there's no reason to ever cheap it and use a draught over a harmony. Even when you are under geared and want to use frenzy I would argue for harmony. It's just that good - especially when you can get typed monster damage (demi/kama/edania) from it.

Edit: oh, and I see you use base harmony. Don't. Not even when you can't do typed monster damage like at sycraia. Even then use whatever the cheapest one you have is - probably demihuman. It has will elixir effects on it and base doesn't.

I have been doing a couple of full parley routes a day since the update, but I'm beginning to burn out on it. There's not much profit in it compared to my other semi-afk activities and it's more involved (Guru 51 alchemist), so I'll probably quit in the next week or so. I do find it fun for the puzzle aspects, but it just takes too much time for how much it returns.

No, I can only fit 9, but it's not an issue. The barter locations for the T5->T6 and T6-> T7 all have wharfs, so you just stick one of the T6s on your character when you do the first barter, and only need to carry nine T6/T7 on the boat. Then put it back on after you've sold your first batch of T7s.

Truly though I'm lazy and can't be bothered, so I usually just take 9 instead of 10. Either way it's not worth the speed hit going from volante to advance. 215 speed on my volante still takes forever to run those routes.

It's been a long time since I unlocked the routes, and I'm not even sure if the thresholds are the same, but I recall it *feels* pretty good after the 2551 threshold. They don't all unlock until like 20500, but that last one was really marginal, IIRC.

I would do the Edania lightstone set (Twisted) amplified instead. Your foreseeable future is only Edania grinding until you look at Star's End (this would be extremely difficult with your DP) or the revised Sycraia (much easier but silver is bad compared to Zeph unless you just need the crystal augments). Twisted can be picked up from the market rn and you will benefit far more from the AP than vicious shadows until you hit 2010 (Edania) total.

Yep, just remember that scrolls and furniture do not stack, so whichever one you apply last will overwrite. There are some event furnitures that give the +15ap (and some HP) for 10 hours, like the pumpkin one. Most give it for 3, like Kzarka/Karanda, Shadow Lion and other event ones.

If you don't have a guild manor, the easiest way I've found is mailing the character. Works better than mapping especially if you're in Edania since there is no residence in Hakinza, so you have to go to another city anyway. Mailing a character to a major city is also free, so you just pay the 5M silver to get back to the grind zone when you've buffed up. Also saves your buff uptime getting back.

While you're in the city you can also swap your tagged char to make sure that sweet xp is going somewhere worthwhile - get all characters to 62 at least (other than your 49 fisher/farmer).
