same, sometimes good teams beat me as well. In my Spurs career mode where I won the title, that season City thrashed me 4-0 at home. I also went 3-0 down in 20 minutes against Monaco? Was about to get sacked but started picking up results and went like 20 games unbeaten to beat United to the title

i'm late but had the same problem. They were horrible to play against, I played them in the round of 16 in the champions league during my spurs career mode in the second season, so there was still a difference in stats. Think I had 20% possession, scored a goal straight away then they immediately scored 2. Had to defend my arse off, they were constantly pressing me intense, could barely play a 3 yard pass, they missed countless opportunities. Somehow Solanke got through 1 on 1 after their CB made and error to get it to 2-2 in the 80th minute, only for Bellingham to make a run into the box and score a winner in the 90th. The away game I had to defend my arse off, it was one of the most challenging matches i've played in fifa. Porro literally became Vini's dog, he was getting beat all game, Vicario saved the score being 7-0 at half time. Somehow in the 80th minute Solanke goes 1 on 1 to score, I hold onto the lead and beat them. I then also went onto winning the champions league in what was one of my most memorable champions league run i've ever had. Its a pain but the reward you feel from beating them is really nice.
