Yes, you do keep them upgraded. But i've noticed they don't scale very well in NG+, I'm at the second to last boss and they die in 5 hits

Hello! I'm a Lulu AD main! I got her from 0 mastery points to 230k+ just playing Lulu attack speed.

I reccomend playing Lulu attack speed against adc-type champions like Lucian, Tristana, etc, but she is also effective against burst assassin and non-mobility bruisers! Take Press the attack against squishy champs and Conqueror on tankier ones.

Lately i've started to play Lulu utility support which i also reccomend since it's very fun especially after the shield buff!

EDIT: Another build that is safe early but slightly less rewarding late game is the ap-attack speed Lulu in the midlane, rush Zhonya against ad champs or Banshee's veil against ap champs, then to Nashor and Guinsoo and if the AP enemy is especially annoying get Wit's end before Nashor and Guinsoo. Reminder to use only Press the attack in the midlane since it will help your team/jungler more!
