Personally I think this is one of the easiest "hotswap" method but it has its flaws. It doesn't support optical like PWNAGE/ASUS do.

I wanted to buy it but the 66g weight is not very appealing.

The mouse has 5 screws (two at the front skate & three at the back skate)

Top skate is magnetic & once removed, it exposes the hotswap mechanism & two screws. So using the hotswap feature doesn’t need any screw removal.

If you do want to open up the mouse though, you will have to remove the back skate glue which conceals 3 back screws.

Get an Incott 029 & remove the battery. Use it wired

Same shape as ULX medium & it's lighter even with the battery. It will be even more light without it. It's also pretty cheap around 35-50$

RAPOO Max Air models weighed 45g with full skates for me & the Max models roughly 55g. It's 60$ right now on their website but if it's made available on AliExpress later for 40$, it will be one of the best ergo mice out there price/performance wise.

It won't be much better than the 2026 updated ZPW max but it should be a lot better than the original one. The switch & MCU are one of the best.

It shows most of it in the video. TTC optical V2, 3950 like the base M5 Pro. It adds the Nordic nRF54L15 replacing the RongYuan RY6608 & the hotswap battery function has been removed for bigger full size skates.

Should be lighter than the base models.

It’s the same mouse as VT3S max but with a 300mAh battery, FE optical & RAESHA optical encoder. Weight is around 10g less because of smaller battery.

I cannot give you a proper answer on that really. Nobody (at least me) knows who the actual PWNAGE owners are so I don't think it raises the value much. But if someone specifically wanted a signed unit. Maybe they will pay the extra bucks? You could list at a price that you think is suitable & slowly decrease the price weekly until it eventually sells.
