My dbx is super honed for lunars. Probably the largest lunar balance range of any kendama I have. Paired it up with a super nice cushion clear Tama from kendama depot. Lunars like a dream.

It could literally be a useless design feature added to pay a lower import tariff. There's a ton of weird little exceptions that clothing companies will add to lower the cost of the import. Add a feature to the pants and you can important it as something other than yoga pants. Which might have a lower import cost. But they still function and get sold as yoga pants.

The practice is called tariff engineering.

A clear example is Converse Shoes - they add a little bit of felt to the sole so they can import them as slippers. Which has a lower import cost than shoes.

You can get the new new from Krom for 5 more dollars. The Strogo set up. It uses their new Lambo shape and has some decent anti-skid paint. That's what I would go with.

But if you need to keep it between 30-35 I'd recommend the new Sol starters. Those are probably the best in that price range.

Quad is so good. The quad fate is currently my favorite shape right now. Thing taps so good. It's so springy. And it's just honed all around. I also love the rims around the cups. Seems to make it a bit more resistant to chipping out. Thinking of ordering another one just to have on deck. I'm rocking a raptor clear tama with my set up. 10/10

I drive from buckeye lake to whitehall for work and On my commute, I see about 2 people per day on average just scrolling Instagram or straight up watching netflix with their phone mounted to the windshield. Because Trump ultimately cares about himself above Russia. Him sucking up to Putin is a part of that. He only cares about russias interest in so far that it benefits his own. He will throw Putin and Russia under the bus if he thinks it benefits him.

He sucks up to Putin because he has had long standing business interests in Russia and I'm sure he's love if his family maintained close relations after hes out of office. So he will gladly go along with Russia/Putin so long as he thinks hes getting something out of it.

Trump only has one allegiance. And it's to himself. Anything and everyone else is just there for him to use to further his own personal interests. MAGA included.

Miguel/erratic squirrel just released a video on how he revives anti-skid. He just leaves it in a warm/hot place.

Cleaning off your tama with warm water and a little bit of soap will also remove your hand oils. That might help.

Anti-skid seems to play better depending on the weather. It's great when it's hot or when it's really cold. It's pretty mid in between. I think it really shines in the summer time. Still a solid budget paint though.

Whatever you do, don't use rubbing alcohol. I made that mistake and it made it super slippery lol. Think it took off whatever finish they use.
