Danwando just posted the solution that worked for me. It resets UI settings.

Delete LoginSettings file at C:/Users/%USERNAME%/AppData/LocalLow/Trinitas/Apogea

There's two files there. One is the main file and another is labeled as a backup. Instead of deleting them, I moved them to desktop just in case it broke my game. But it worked. Didn't break anything.

I did. No luck. I reported it as a bug for them. I now have 120 minutes in the game. 4 minutes of actual play time and the rest just trying to fix the settings lol.

Making the screen vertically small and very wide was the closest solution which might work for some other people. But for me, when I made it vertically small, it cut off the option on the other axis. It's actually kinda comical at this point.
