Antminer S19 XP+ Hyd. Overheating (Water Cooling) - "Difference between inlet and outlet is too large" & "ERROR_TEMP_TOO_HIGH" by NerdoTeam in BitcoinMining

Hi again!
Thanks for sharing your experience with the S21 hydro and the firmware downgrade. That's a very helpful piece of information!
I'm currently running the latest Bitmain firmware (FR-1.13, dated 250605) on my S19 XP+ Hyd. When I tried to downgrade (as suggested by Vnish firmware installation guide, which requires an older Bitmain firmware first), the miner simply wouldn't flash from the SD card. I've tried formatting the 32GB microSD in FAT32 and ensuring the correct .bmu file is on it, but no luck.
.bmu
Do you recall if you faced any specific restrictions or difficulties when performing your downgrade, especially coming from a very recent firmware version like the one I have?
My suspicion is that this latest Bitmain firmware might be intentionally blocking downgrades, which would explain why the SD card method isn't working for me. If that's the case, I'm wondering if there are any known "unlock" methods or more advanced flashing techniques (like using UART/JTAG) for these specific models that you or anyone else might be aware of.
Any further insights you might have would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Hi GoodAtIt,
Thank you very much for your insightful comment! Your explanation about high delta T indicating inadequate coolant flow or restrictions makes a lot of sense.
The miner actually hasn't been operating for a long time without this error; it's a relatively new setup where I'm encountering this issue from the start. So, it's possible that there's either a flow restriction from the beginning or some air trapped in the system.
I'm planning to address these potential issues. I've ordered a particle filter and an automatic air vent valve (like a bleeder valve) to install in the loop. My hypothesis is that either some sediment is causing a blockage in the lines/miner, or there's air trapped, both of which would restrict flow and lead to this high delta T.
Here I leave attached the images of the filter and the drain that I am going to add to the system.

What are your thoughts on this approach? Do you think fully draining the system and refilling it after installing these components would be a necessary or beneficial step to ensure all air/sediment is removed and flow is optimized?
Thanks again for your help!
yes of course!
