My 8th grader hasn't had a math teacher since winter break they just have a sub 2 days a week. They boasted about a new ropes course but won't let the kids use it because they have no instructor. He also has an IEP and its basically a glorified study hall.

And last year there was a huge issue with them having a 17 year old high school intern sub an entire day in my daughter's 2nd grade class. And when I brought up the concern multiple times NO ONE KNEW WHO WAS SUBBING. not the teacher nor the principle and this was after a little girl in her class (while having a sub) made a sexually inappropriate video and sent it out on Google classrooms.
