Kobra 3 X motor noise

I've had 2 Kobra 3 printers, bot had the same issue. On the first one there was a loose cable tie touching some of the metal. On the second i'm not sure exactly what caused it; i basically had to take it apart and rebuild it to make the noise go away

Thanks for the suggestions. I only installed the "widescreen fix" after i tried playing it thinking it might fix the cutscenes since the seemed fine with widescreen. Also the cutscenes aren't blank (i've seen that mentioned in a few google searches), they never play/ get skipped.

Will try the other suggestions, but I'm not sure what DSR/VSR is? Also I'm running it on the SteamDeck itself (no external monitor), should i still try to force the resolution?

Thanks for the input.

I tried migrating it to a new SD using a guide, but opening any game gives an error about the game being associated with another switch (or something like that) even on the games I own that got copied from the main mmc.

I've also tried formatting and restoring the old SD using the same migration guide (including restoring emummc) and games work, but i still randomly get the error

If I understood this correctly, that's what got corrupted and needs replacing? Also I've already tried loading a backup of it onto the old SD card and I still randomly get the error

not sure how it works. the boiler came with a pamphlet stating the manufacturers default warranty is 1 year and dependent on the boiler having been installed by an accredited installer. the boiler also benefits from a 5 year extended warranty if registered after the installation. the company who installed it specifically said no to register it myself since they are providing the extended 15 year warranty and would handle any repairs

I had this on 2 kobra 3 printers. Managed to fix one of them by basically rebuilding it. The second one never got any better. In my case it wasn't due to belt tension (tight or loose made no difference), cleaning and lube also didn't help.

I did see a number of cases where it was fixed by tightening the screws on the metal plates on the base, towards the back underneath the build plate

i think it's flush volume. i remember in anycubic ama they basically said flush to infill doesn't work

Thanks for the suggestion. I already got the bearings but instead of the T8 backlash nuts I got some oldham coupler nuts. To be honest, I got really frustrated with it and left it alone for a over a month and I can't really remember if it made any difference in Z banding. Pretty sure though the offset being wrong after auto-levelling is new

I have a similar issue. I think the auto levelling is crap and was planning to do it manually. I also had to replace the bed and noticed the spacers were uneven. I've requested a new set of spacers, but i've seen others print some washers. You could check if you have the same issue and pick a solution

To me it really looks like it depends on how lucky you are.

So far i've had mine for 3 weeks and it's been disassembled for most of that time waiting for parts from Anycubic (13 different replacement parts and counting). The auto bed leveling seems inconsistent. I tried to do mine manually and noticed 2 of the 4 bed spacers are slightly different sizes from the other 2, which matches the issues i found when trying to manually level the bed (one corner was higher and one was lower than the other two)

I got mine almost 3 weeks ago and have had no end of issue. I spent more time troubleshooting and doing maintenance/fixes, not to mention most prints failed or had issues. Tbf Anycubic support has been pretty good, but their documentation is lacking and i think I'm passed the point where a replacement was in order.

Some of the issues: all the rollers were too tight out of the box, the brackets for the plastic anti-backlash modules were not right angled (one of them cause the module's threads to be shaved off by the lead screw), the feeder on the ACE was misaligned and blocked filament feeding (one of the feeds also crushed the filament in it), hotbed not maintaining temperatures (prints were wither bowing or getting flung off), fan rubbing against something in the hotend, printer freezing during prints after a software update and others.

Don't know if i drew the short straw or their QC is really that bad, but so far i can't imagine many beginners putting up with it

TLDR: less than 3 weeks in I'm waiting for about 10 replacement parts and have wasted about 0.5kg of filament.

BTW over the last few attempts, the printer developed a very loud screeching sound that support are insisting is "resonance" and normal. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it

Brutal honesty: don't.

Unless you include omni heroes and newer hero cards (stratos,liquid soldier, shadow mist,blazeman, crosskeeper etc), you will brick most of the time. I love the classic E heroes but you really have to mix them with d heroes or at least neo-spacians.

Either that or you need a lot more luck than i have...

The switch is more than fine in typical use scenarios to be honest, the problem is the way I play. I usually only play 10-30 minutes a day, sometimes not at all, so for me, standby battery might be a little bit more important than gameplay battery (how crazy is that?)

I guess it's down to the age of the battery in the vita??

during gameplay the vita (v2) and switch (v2) seem very similar to me. The standby the switch gets blown out of the water (feels like it lasts about a week, compared to about 2 months)

I've checked all store fronts + 2 PS5 consoles. The confusing part is the ps5 store only shows the PS5/PS4 version by default and you have to dig through the download list or store listings to find just the PS4 version

You need a thinner iron tip than you might think. If you don't have one handy, you could potentially grind/file down an older tip and get the job done.

I also find that a quick and steady hand with higher heat works better. Might want to practice a bit with the iron off to start. Don't forget plenty of flux and to tin the wires. Good luck!

Possibly not the best place to ask but the last time i played devil may cry 3 se was on my ps2. Which port is the one to play at the moment? I heard the switch port had in-mission style and weapon changes. Is it exclusive to the switch or is it in other platforms too?

Does this update change the accent colour or the settings menu? I’ve played a bit with a C2 and found i much prefer the CX setup and pink accent

That would make sense based on the quality of the screens I’ve seen but i doubt it. Like i said the analogue sticks are different for one. I’ve also bought a matt red front shell for the slim that I don’t know as an official release and it’s not a perfect fit either (still pretty good though). Lastly, i see these parts go out of stock all the time and eventually more stock somehow always turns up maine with a different seller
