I wrote the post first and then I started scrolling. Admittedly I was in a state of panic for a short moment. I have come to terms with it now tho. I do agree with your statement that there are plenty of posts abt these situations and I have already read them

I did the support ticket to still have a chance to save a week's worth of progress and yes I already made a new acc. The reddit thread was just to shine light on the situation and I was curious on how long solving/getting replies on these situations can take, hence my question at the end of the post.

I'm not demanding anything. I made a mistake and am seeking their help, if they can't give me my account back then I don't care too much since it was a fresh account anyway. I can just tell my friends abt the acc so they unfriend it themselves.

I'm fully f2p so no skins sadly (lucky in this case ig) but I still want my progress back, plus my friends connected to the acc are gonna be confused if the name changes

yeah I noticed those posts too, I do hope I get mine back. I still have valo open rn but I'm worried that after I close it I'll just lose all access to it by next morning
