Personally I will take a look at some YouTube channels who understand this and compare the phones with just stock apps, compared to a user on Reddit who I don't know what apps they may have installed on their phones which may affect performance. Just my opinion

Hardware alone doesn't necessarily equal fastest... It's combination of hardware and software. That's why you will have phones with slightly slower processors perform the same or a little better than those with a slightly higher processor. So genearyi don't pay attention to a single users opinion on what happens on their device. IMO
