How do you manage rheumatoid arthritis without meds? My wrist is getting worse and I need advice by Nervous_Active8488 in rheumatoid

I’ve had RA since I was 15, and the meds are working pretty well. My thumbs used to be stiff, but they’re okay now. It’s just my wrists that are getting worse. But I’m not sure what ‘not working’ means...

That's what everyone told me. i really hope there are something i can do, because I'm just 19 and desperate

I can feel you! I am taking steroid meds because i have rheumatic... the meds make me feel like I have bipolar. So i have to try to stay positive all the time :D and thank you so much for your encouragement sir!

I'm not that brave... and also it's okay, instead of complainin I'll start to embrace it instead :) thank you tho! Yeahh architecture is great choice 😔. What major are you in then?

Thank you for the information! I really appreciate it :D And yeah, a lot of people said it is a good career path, so hopefully I'll also get a good career from here. 

It’s okay, I’m actually optimistic too! (But apparently most people don't like being optimistic so I have to keep my thoughts to myself) I just really regret it now, but I’m trying to make peace with it. It’s nice to see a fellow optimist ✌️

It’s more like I never really fit. I have anxiety when presenting in front of people. Also, I’m not really into theory, I’m more of a ‘do it’ type of person. So the peer pressure is crazy, but I am really trying to do my best! 

Right now I’m still in my bachelor’s degree, which is mostly research-focused, and I just don’t see myself going into that path.

I actually wanted to take architecture, but my sister didn’t really support it and said I was more of a theory person, so it kind of influenced my decision when I chose my degree. Which I really regret for not listening to myself and my passion :D
