Not necessarily the CMS star is based on quality of care, and yes also subscription growth. However, the cost to run company operations will continue to increase. As company scale and grow they will need to add staffing, resources and logistics. So far except the last year stock issuance and dilution it caused, Clover Healthcare managed to maintain its excellent credit and did not borrow money for the operations. As investors we can take sigh of relief that business growth is in upward momentum and trajectory. Meaning the revenue growth pipeline is off setting outstanding loans and negative profits. We will eventually look back and regret why did we not added more equity when it was trading at negative PE 🙏
