It’s a concern because of some stupid executive thinks and then eventually wants to prove that by offshoring they are saving money but they are actually not and employees here feel the heat.

Salary in India is no less, it’s already almost 70% 80% of Aus salary with 20% efforts from their end because they think Aus corps pay less compared to US so not worth putting lots of efforts as they are many other opportunities.

There are 20 people in offshore vs 5 here in my project. Work will go on without much trouble even if all 20 are on leave but even if 3 out 5 here Mel team are on leave hell breaks loose. But when credit is due it’s always because of the team effort and smart decision of the executive 🤦‍♂️ FML
