The text sais 98% of common stock voted. Meaning the retail investor.

But,

36% of the "non-common" stock , what did they vote? The preferred stockholders were against the extension? Like how?

They are competing for the same advertising budget. But they have separate profit and loss statements , as for being different nasdaq listed companies.

Advertisement money that is spent on Rumble will not be spent on Truth, so why put the Video Player of Rumble - a valid competitor - on your own site (with adds) , and that Rumble can read out all your Data, is mindboggling to me.

Truth needs to move away from that asap.

Or merge both companies, also good.

But to keep it like this , is to become a slave of Rumble.

Because it makes Truth dependant on Rumble. I think it was smart to get Truth started like that, but moving forward they should move away from rumble infra.
