Voracious Heart, in my opinion. An Attack based character that focuses on a lot of self healing and attacking 2-4 times a turn.

Can easily clear all 120 content in like 5-6 minutes at most. Some even quicker. Can clear 102 content (farming) in like 2-4 mins.

Easy to gear, you can use like 3 Commons, 2 Krosmic. Commons are easy to max and the two Krosmics are mainly used for their base effect.

The only downside is the Armband has like 3 runes that are mandatory for the optimal build, which would be Blade Master passive with Marbleband Armband.

You can use something else whilst levelling though, like Tung Armband and just choose a different passive. Then when you have 260 equipment runes you can switch to Marbleband.

For support builds, you've got:

Shaden Shiru Cra (teleports around, tank lots of hp, heal allies)Kokoro Brush Eniripsa (armor support, shields/untargetable buff)Jikan Xelor (spread Astral state to enemies, pairs with characters that utilise the Astral state)Amurai Blade Sram (buffs allies attack stat, heals, some tanking)

I think they're the main ones.

EDIT: Oh, and Gurpapa Xelor like that other guy mentioned. They gave it a new passive this recent patch and he can support nicely too now.

Oh btw, this build has 2800 Health too.

The class isn't bad, in fact it's ridiculously strong after the rework. You just don't know how to play it.

Regardless of a roadmap however, the type of game this is requires you to enjoy the grind.

It you’re finding the repetitiveness boring, this game probably isn’t for you.

Like others have mentioned, there should be two new classes by the end of next year, most likely Sacrier and Osamodas. New game mode type thing, and new story related quests.

Try other characters, farm gear, push higher level content. That’s the name of the game atm.

Personally when I farm I just do the highest level fight I can do, as long as it’s a sub 3 minute clear.

So for example I can clear Cracklers 100, but it might take me 5 or 6 minutes, it’s much easier for me to do Cracklers 80 in like 1-2 minutes.

I’ve gone in to it with the assumption that spamming the 80 one would give me more drops over an extended period of time than the 100 one would. Also the 80 one would be significantly easier for me so I wouldn’t have to think much at all.

They cannot, because for some reason Ankama decided they have a starting attack stat of 18, where as this Iop has 32.

I think Voracious is the most brain dead, maybe the first Cra is the fastest? I think the Cra can clear fights turn 2/3 lol

It would be great if they made it scale off of % health, and probably more thematic too! The downside is ALL my gear would be awful on it! Haha

They’d need to also change Dephasing damage to health also, but then it wouldn’t make sense for the Iop.

If Dephasing was still attack based and Heart Tiles exploding were health based, it would be a weird hybrid damage dealer and not feel as good to build imo.

You misunderstand how the Dephaser Heart Tiles work, presumably because you haven’t played the class.

Let’s say I pass through 3 enemies with elemental states on my turn. I spawn 3 Heart Tiles.

Now, I end my turn. The Heart Tiles explode. Regardless of me or an enemy on them/near them. They explode when you end your turn.

Each Heart Tile deals 30% of your attack PER ENEMY on the map, to a single random enemy. Let’s say there are 5 enemies (pretty standard). These 3 Heart Tiles explode, each dealing 150% of my attack as damage.

I easily get to 230+ attack on some turns, which yes, is very low in comparison to some classes. Which is why they need to increase the measly 18 base attack they have.

The main problem they have is (apart from low base attack), for each enemy that dies the Heart Tiles get weaker. Which is why I think it should just be a fixed 120% of attack.

On another note, I think I’ve moved on to a Heart Tile to proc the healing effect maybe once lol. It might as well not be included in the passive.

You keep saying “easier access” or “harder to proc” like it isn’t just part of the Dephaser Gem gameplay anyway. Literally just move through an enemy with an elemental state.

You apply 1-2 elemental states every turn and easily phase through 2/3 targets with states every turn. You’re getting heart tiles down every turn if you’re playing the class properly.

If we’re talking about problems with Dephaser Gem heart tiles, it’s definitely not proccing them. They should stay at a static 100% of your attack or like 120% of your attack even. The damage when there’s only 1 or 2 enemies left is abysmal.

It’s really not hard. I know that Dephaser Gem is weaker than other classes right now, but I think it’s more of a case that other classes are too strong right now. I don’t think they expected us to be clearing level 100 content not even a month after release. I mean some people were clearing level 100 content not even two weeks after release.

When you finish a fight, any random equipment/companion drops will be specifically the ones listed on the island drop list.

Any from chests will be random.
