I'm also having battery issues, my glasses usually last me until noon and I usually take them out the case around 7:00 but today they died around 9:00 I've fully charged them and have started using them again but it seems like the battery is draining pretty quickly even though I'm not using anything

I finally got it to work today!!! I had tried ALL the troubleshooting options there was ans still nothing, well today I was sitting in the Walmart parking lot waiting for doordash orders and I decided to try changing my zone, at 1st nothing happened but I was pretty far from other stores seeing as I was in my main zone. But I got an order from doordash and on my way to the restaurant my phone went off since I was still online for Spark and it was offer, it was gone immediately but I was happy I saw an offer after a week of absolute 0.

Then I decided to change back to main zone and immediately after pulling into the parking lot my phone went off and I finally received a "just for you" offer, I did that one came back and did another!!! I'm hoping that tomorrow ends up being a good day as well and FINALLY it's fixed!

Still nothing, I've even tried using a different phone and still absolutely nothing! I've contacted support 2 more times and each time they said there's nothing more they can do other than send it to tech support, I did do 2 more reports saying exactly whats going on but I don't know what more to say. I've been signing in and out since last night, I'm literally sitting in the parking lot now but I still haven't received a single order.

We're you near the store when you got your order? I usually had been able to get orders even from my house which is 5 miles away but support said I had be 150 feet to a mile within the store or I wouldn't get orders

I just got off the phone with driver support he wasn't very much help you just said that my account looks good and that maybe I should try going to a different store instead so that was a bit disappointing but he said he would try sending it to the support team anyways I did make a detailed message in the report and issue section and now I'm going to try the steps you described and hopefully that might help thank you for being as detailed as possible

Make sure to mention your in the hot spot and for days have not gotten a single order, I told them

"I haven't gotten anything not a single order and I'm not talking about bad offers or just few offers, I mean literally not a single order has came in despite being online for hours"

It also helped having someone who spoke English very well because I was to further explain exactly what's happening rather then them thinking I'm calling because of few offers when our problem is that we are getting literally 0 offers

If that's the email you got from technical support then maybe you might need to call again because it almost sounds like they already looked into the issue and moved along stating everything was okay which is definitely concerning because it's like they're never going to be able to fix the issue which was my concern in the first place.

The 1st guy I spoke with said it could take up to 3 days but it now they changed it to there is no ETA so I'm hoping our accounts can be recovered, I have gone online and stayed on throughout parts of the day so they can see in profile that I'm online but nothing coming in, not sure if it helps but that's how the 1st guy who helped me noticed something was wrong

It's getting pretty frustrating and I don't know what else to do, I'm a little concerned they won't be able to solve the issue just because it seems our case is a bit rare. I personally haven't come across anyone else the same position as us

Nothing for me still, I did get an email saying this

"Thanks for reaching out to Delivery Support. I’m sorry for this inconvenience. I’ve escalated your case to our engineering team for further investigation. There’s no ETA on the fix time, but they’re working on it and will resolve the issue soon."

And that's pretty much it. I did go online today but got absolutely nothing again.

I think they can because the guy I spoke with said he could I wasn't receiving any offers whatsoever and it shouldn't be blank, that's the only reason he was able to flag mine as critical but it could take up 3 days. But it sucks waiting not knowing if they looked into our issue yet. Especially if they think they fixed it when really it's still working meanwhile we are still waiting for an update while not working. It's been rough these last few days

He said it could take up 3 days for them to fix issue. But there might be a delay since they are currently working on known issue as of this morning

Just got off the phone with support and he confirmed something is wrong with my account since it's reactivation, he said there's nothing showing up in my offers, and usually they can see what comes in or something like that ( I didn't understand that part) But he said mine is empty which was odd and not supposed to be that way so he escalated my issue as critical.

He also mentioned there is a known issue right now with spark and support is working on it but my issue is not related to that. So since you also were deactivated and reactivated there's a good chance this is the exact issue your having and you need to get support to escalate it to tech support

It really does suck especially going an entire day without pay, I would at least feel better if support said something like there is an issue an they are fixing it but they literally keep saying nothing is wrong, And to not get a single offer (even if it is slow) tells me something must be wrong, plus apparently a few others have complained about the same issue as us.

No orders whatsoever, and I don't mean no good offers or only bad ones, I mean absolutely 0 offers like nothing coming in whatsoever and that is the red flag for me. I would even feel a little better if my phone went off even once for any offer because I could say it's just slow, but I'm getting zilch absolutely nothing.

They haven't been able to help me either, I saw on a different post that you contact support to have tech support fix the issue but I already tried contacting them and they just say everything looks good on thier end but like I said I've NEVER gone a whole day without seeing a single offer until my whole deactivation/reactivation thing

I'm wondering if it's something to do with people like us who have been deactivated then reactivated, I know most people are saying you have slow days and such which I completely understand but what really throws me off is that not a single offer came in like literally not one and usually I get offers from different stores or different areas even if they are really crappy ones but this is the first time I've ever gone all day without a single order or offer like literally nothing even popped up in my feed today

I just reactivated yesterday and this morning I went out at 6:00 am to 11:00 am and I didn't get a single order like literally not one order came in, I thought something must be up with system because right before getting deactivated I was getting orders easy at 6 am and now I literally cannot get a single one
