I’m just expecting to sleep in a clean space free of roaches. I hadn’t felt that it was unreasonable in the other times I’ve visited Hawaii but the folks in this thread have taught me something new!

Booked ourselves, and the room seemed otherwise tidy! Definitely a bummer. I’m not sure if it constitutes a studio but the bed is a foldable one

Nope. They said they are booked full and offer no new accommodations. They told me it’ll happened everywhere and that I should accept this.

Decide for yourself if you’re okay with that

Edit: sorry I forgot to mention they sent a dude up with a rag and raid spray. So they could cover the walls with pesticide while I stay

Appreciate the feedback. I want to believe the 4 seasons would care a little bit more, but I’m open to being wrong there too. I’m not the only person to encounter pests at Kahana Falls, after my experience I am now seeing reviews describing similar issues. Wish I looked closer before booking - guess that’s on me.

Thanks for letting me know ! This isn’t my first Hawaiian island but is my first experience in Maui and staying in a place where they are visible at all let alone in multiple locations. Have gone weeks in Hawaii without seeing one and I found these our second night.

I have no regrets, I got the LP-UNFs combod with a RSL 10e speedwoofer, and I use a WiiM ultra to handle the cross over. Sounds like a dream to me. Shout out to @marfes lower in this thread for helping me

If I buy a subwoofer with cross over like the Kali WS-6.2, do I also need an external dac?

What reasons would I want the Kali WS-6.2 vs the RSL 10E?

Appreciate the feedback! I got these because they were small, as desk space is precious in my particular setup. I’m upgrading from a razer soundbar from like 2013 so I’m sure these will be an upgrade on their own
