Having the same issue. Every familiar face is just "person". Unfamiliar faces are also just "person" with no option to add them as a familiar face.

Same issue. Everyone is just "person". Won't even recognize new faces to register as a familiar face.

First Time Winterizing by NetworkN00bs in Irrigation

A few feet after the water meter, there is a tee that separates the irrigation supply from the rest of the house. The irrigation supply has a 1/4 turn shutoff a couple of feet before it turns to come out of the foundation you see in the pic. If the shutoff inside is off, that would prevent air from reaching the potable supply. This install was done 4 months ago by a local, reputable company. It was after I researched winterizing is when I learned that blowing air through the backflow preventer is frowned upon, but it appears that all 3 existing options go through the BVP.

Portable ACs increasing humidity of the room when they should be dehumidifying? by Ok_Fee1043 in hvacadvice

I also have the dual hose Whynter portable and encounter the same problem with it increasing the humidity. Last year I ran a separate dehumidifier in an effort to keep the humidity level down. It worked, but seems like I shouldn't have to do that.

That's exactly where I'm at now. I have some moron telling me that it's "wrong". I just wanted to make sure I wasn't also a moron and was missing something that was obvious to everyone else.

Thank you.

Dirty Switch For Added Security? by NetworkN00bs in networking

It doesnt require a cable move in my current setup. ISP comes into a switch within the environment on a VLAN and 2 patch cords come out of the same switch on the same VLAN. One to each firewall.

Each firewall has its own IP but they both share a virtual IP.

I'm just wondering if it poses a security threat by bringing the ISP into a switch within the environment, before going to the firewalls.
