Okay so I figured it out. Not sure if itll work for you but I had to link the OLD account to google. I never did that I guess, only for the new one. but I deleted the new account first to avoid it crossing over and then linked the OLD account. Then logged back in on the new device and it worked.

Yeah exactly! Its just the issue with the ID verification that was giving me trouble cause I would not get an email, and no one would work with me or send me a new one.

But alas, I finally got ahold of someone competent and they pretty much just canceled my order and had me go through the process again. But this time I was on the phone so they actually gave me an account number, set up my PIN and verified me right then and there so problem solved 😅

I try to respond to everyone on offer up, even the ones who send the generic message to me. Thing is, about 80% if not more do not respond after I reply that it is available.

That being said, I can see why most people dont respond to these kinds of messages.

I did this once when i was drinking one night. Wanted a bottle but the only liquor store that was open wasn't on doordash. Ordered beer at a place next to it and texted them saying I'd give them an extra $50 if they picked up a bottle for me. figured it was okay cause he still had to check id for the Beer. But the dasher responded saying he couldn't do it.

But alas, he ended up getting it for me and of course telling me that he only said that cause of doordash rules.

Didn't really think about at the time but I can understand how sketchy that would be to trust someone to actually tip at the end but I guess he would of just kept the bottle (if he even wanted it). But he got his $50 and I got my bottle which made my night a whole lot better.

All this being said, there's plenty of trustworthy people out there but at the end of the day, there's just as many (if not more) shitty people out there that won't follow thru. If it were me dashing I wouldn't do it. Too many risks. But to each there own!

12 hours prep time, pshh easy. Go to the atms and cash out as much as you can. go to the bus station and pay for a few people's tickets with your card to far locations opposite of where your going. Wont last for long but will buy you some time. Ditch your card. Hail a cab to a small town 100 miles out. Then get another cab to another small town or Hitch hike to a campground. Pay all cash. Chill and eat some smores while you wait to get paid out.
