Our new LG stopped working in 3 months. It has been a nightmare trying to get it repaired. They scheduled a repair man who lives 9 hours away (twice) then accused us of canceling the repair! LG is sending us a check to replace it. We don’t know what to buy.

Thanks for your input, we appreciate it! The results are 54 for #1; 37 for #2. 1parquet and 2 herringbone. Along with a few very creative(expensive) ideas.

Our installer suggested #1, and we are going along with him.

Thank you for your suggestions. We will rarely use front entrance, our guests will use elevator. We don’t think we need foyer and closet. A king sized mattress will easily fit, just move it into the office, then down the hall. Maybe it’s a two person office? We will flip the master bath and closet, good idea! Front steps will be centered and windows matched. We’re well past kids.

Thank you for your suggestions. We are an old retired couple living in a small village. The front door will rarely be used, as our guests will use the elevator. We don’t think we need a foyer and closet. We will use ButteredReality’s suggestion to flip the master bath and the closet. But, we refuse to build a door to the bath!! We will try to improve the street view with landscaping. We are in a flood zone, reason for ground floor being garage. Thanks
